Helena Women’s Hockey is a non-checking, recreational women’s hockey association formed in order to support opportunities for game introduction, competitive play, skill development, team building and sportsmanship for women and girls playing hockey in the greater Helena area.

GOALS

• Provide a safe, fun and supportive atmosphere for women to learn and enjoy the sport of hockey
• Offer opportunities for women of all interests and skill levels to play hockey by providing affordable league play, clinics and other programs.
• Introduce women new to skating and/or hockey to the sport of hockey.
• Encourage skill development at all levels in the women who participate through competitive play, tournaments, clinics and other programs.
• Promote good sportsmanship.
• Mentor and encourage young girls into participation in the sport of hockey.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle for women and girls through sport and exercise, encouraging participation in the healthy, active endeavor of hockey.

We skate each Sunday from 4:10 - 5:20, October through March.
